Nominations for the 2026 England Golf Awards are now open. Recognise the women, clubs, and community leaders shaping the future of golf
Nominations are now open for the England Golf Awards 2026, offering women golfers across the country a chance to spotlight the people and places making a real difference in the game.
Set to return on Tuesday 3 March at The Manchester Deansgate, the annual awards night — sponsored by FootJoy — will honour 12 winners, celebrate excellence across the sport, and induct new names into the prestigious England Golf Hall of Fame.
Shine a Light on Unsung Heroes
This is your opportunity to nominate someone whose passion, commitment, or innovation deserves to be recognised. Whether it’s a coach who’s inspired more women and girls to pick up a club, a local club that’s created a welcoming space for all, or a volunteer who gives their time tirelessly — your nomination can help bring their story to the national stage.
The 2026 award categories include:
- Club of the Year
- Facility of the Year
- County of the Year
- Sustainability Project of the Year
- Lifetime Service Award
- Volunteer of the Year
- Young Person of the Year
- Participation & Development Coach of the Year
- Women & Girls Trailblazer
- Respect in Golf Award
- (Performance of the Year and Tournament Venue of the Year are internal nominations)
Most categories are open to the public, so if you know someone whose contribution to golf in 2025 went above and beyond, you can submit a nomination here
Hall of Fame inductees will be selected by a panel of experts.

England Golf CEO Jeremy Tomlinson said, “Every year we come together to recognise the most deserving individuals, clubs, and counties within the game of golf in this country, and 2026 will no doubt be another spectacular occasion. The Manchester Deansgate were fantastic hosts this year, so we’re confident we can expect another wonderful evening in March, celebrating the best of the game in this country.”
Nominations close on Friday 7 November. Finalists will be announced on Friday 16 January.
